HOW TO START UP YOUR DAY

Mistake people make when they wake up in the morning

One thing many people overlook most times nowadays is the way which they startup their day.
people easily neglect the way which they start their day because it doesnt really seem like something that count, nowadays most people wake up and the first thought that crosses their minds is what message they have in their phone notification, social media obsession
the cravings to find out what’s trending and most times people spend hours on the bed scrolling through social media before planning their day. in such pattern they unknowingly wire their mind to generate excitement from whatever they seek for on their screen when they wake up, and days when they do not get what usually happens to excite them, the whole day becomes messy and displeasing

Two simple ways you should start up your day with

1. Seek for a daily devotional study and meditate on it regularly:

before i unlocked this secret i woke up everyday to the pattern which i mentioned earlier
nothing was more exciting than waking up to seeing a new notification pop up on my screen but after a while it started to get unexciting, days when i didnt wake up to see what i expected felt disappointing
i had created a dependency on something i couldnt control to have a great day meanwhile after discovering when i changed routine and made daily devotion a priority it felt almost impossible to have a bad day.
this gives the feeling of waking up to something refreshning and a hope to carry on for the day

still maintain thesame pattern uptill date and it never get unexciting,

2. Morning prayer :

Always say a morning after waking up. prayer most times creates a form of hope which everyone needs in their lives, we all have expectations and have some under control but not all. when we pray we believe none of our expectation is beyond control even when it comes to the impossible. for instance stepping ou for work, out mind is focused on what we ought to do but unaware of the circumstances we may face on our way to work, at work, or returning back from work
but prayer is a way of commiting all these to a higher authority to supervise
what can be more peaceful than being aware that you are not alone but being guided
